How to counteract the psychological underpinnings of gender bias in tech

In this video, Rachel Cohen discusses three recent studies that examine the complex and sometimes unexpected psychological tendencies that can contribute to the lack of women working in tech. The reports touch on three different stages of the career path: why few women may choose computer science in the first place, how they can be unconsciously turned off by ads for tech jobs, and why they may receive less recognition for equal performance.
