The Process of User Experience Design
Have you ever wondered how application designers come up with a great user experience? Many use an agile development process which includes the following design phases: user research, analysis, and an iterative loop of design, build and test. The loop consists of short (2-4 weeks) sprints including testing with product stakeholders. Feedback from these tests is channeled into product improvements, frequently adjusting or confirming the development plan.
The goal of this UX design process is to build the best user experience in the most resource-efficient way possible.
