Brackapptology

Brackapptology makes it easy for any college basketball fan to project the NCAA tournament field. This web app uses React and React-Redux to render team cards side-by-side, displaying data acquired via the web-scraping library Cheerio. Users can move teams up and down based on their analysis of advanced metrics and traditional statistics. Upon completion, any user can submit his or her rankings and see a rendered breakdown of seedlines, the last four teams that made the field and the first 10 teams that just missed. Logged-in users' brackets get saved to the database, using Sequelize, and can be viewed on a user's profile page.
